We even go a step further and not only compensate, but return more than we take from nature. Each tree, once grown up, has the potential to accumulate over one hundred times the carbon dioxide released in the making of a single Yohann product. Each product sold contributes to making our presence on this planet more sustainable. We’re using resources given to us by nature, and we see it as our duty to preserve them for future generations.

PLANT-FOR-THE-PLANET

The Plant-for-the-Planet Foundation was founded by Felix Finkbeiner in 2007 with the initial goal of planting one million trees. Today, after having achieved this goal, the Germany based organization is run by many young people and children with the mission of planting even more trees and spreading their idea and promoting the movement all over the world. In 2015, they have been able to acquire a huge area of deforested woodland on the Yucatán peninsula in Mexico, where they achieved to plant and grow around 3.5 Million trees till today.

EDEN REFORESTATION PROJECTS

Eden Reforestation Projects is a non-profit organization based in California that works on rebuilding natural landscapes having been destroyed by deforestation. It was founded by Steve Fitch in 2004. They work directly with communities and villagers in developing countries to support them to plant, grow, and protect to maturity, millions of trees each year. Till today, they achieved to plant about 1 billion trees.
